Wholesome Paws began with a personal journey. When Diesel, our beloved family dog, developed severe allergies, we embarked on a mission to find the perfect diet to support his health. After months of research and home trials, we discovered that the ideal combination of protein, grains, and vegetables wasn't available in any commercial pet food. This inspired us to delve deeper into canine nutrition and explore how to create personalized diets for all pets, regardless of their unique needs.

Meet the Founders: Heather & Tim
With a background in delivering customized solutions for clients, Heather saw a gap in the pet food market: personalized nutrition. Driven by a deep love for animals, she began crafting homemade meals for her own dogs and earned a Canine and Feline Nutrition Certification from Southern Illinois University. Heather's passion for providing exceptional customer service ensures that every pet receives the care and attention they deserve.
Tim brings over 20 years of food science expertise to Wholesome Paws. With a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Food Service Systems and a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu Austin, Tim blends his passion for food with technical skills to create products that are both healthy and irresistibly delicious. He plays a pivotal role in crafting gourmet delights for your furry friends, ensuring that every bite meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
